A regular, pre-scheduled check of the operation of a sprinkler system can save wasted water, plants, and money. If you would like for us to schedule one of the following frequencies, we will call a few days ahead to remind you of the time and date. Pre-scheduled, service agreement calls will receive priority.

Standard Residential (12 Zones or less) - Once Per Year $55

• Early Spring Start Up
• Check the operation of all zones
• Make minor adjustments of head rotation
• Clean nozzles necessitated by normal operation of system
• Adjustment of Controller settings, as requested by owner

Any repairs required will be identified and listed with the price of those repairs for you to approve in advance.

Standard Residential (12 Zones or less) 3- Times Per Year $165

Spring (March)
Many of the problems found with sprinkler systems are discovered in the spring following the freeze-thaw cycles of winter.

Summer (June)
A good time to re-set the controller and to catch problems before the hot and dry times of summer.

End of Season (November)
Help protect your backflow preventor from freezing damage by checking the heat cable, insulation, and enclosure over the backflow preventer.

These three visits include:

• Checking the operation of all zones
• Making minor adjustments of head rotation
• Cleaning nozzles necessitated by normal operation of system
• Adjustment of Controller settings, as requested by owner

Any repairs required will be identified and listed with the price of those repairs for you to approve in advance.

Custom Residential
For systems larger than twelve (12) zones, we will give a quote for checking the system and then, each time, give a quote for any needed repairs. We will pre-schedule the system checks as often as requested.

Commercial Service Agreements
Call all us for a quote to check and maintain your system on a regularly scheduled basis. Preventative monitoring and maintenance of a system can save larger repair bills at a later date, save the cost of wasted water, and can save the loss of your turf and landscaping investment.

Our program features:

• Service Agreements designed for your requirements, your site, and the condition of the existing sprinkler system

• After hour service to avoid disruption of business
• Cost of repairs quoted for approval prior to repairs being made, when desired
• Billing by purchase order number, when desired

Warranty
Reid Irrigation provides a complete parts and labor warranty on all work for a period of one year (twelve months).

The manufacturers of our products provide a warranty, but if there is any problem with the operation of that product for the one year warranty period, we will repair or replace that product at no charge.
